Radisson Blu Resort Distributes $10k In Groceries For Staff

Radisson Blu Resort Fiji distributed $10,000 worth of food items and shopping vouchers to some of its workers.
The assistance was to help those who were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic
General manager, Charles Homsy, said the list of beneficiaries of the donation dated back to staff who were employed in April 2021.

“Our colleagues are the main asset of our company, having contributed to the success of our business,” Mr Homsy said.
“We are determined to assist and look after them and their families to the best of our capabilities.
“To make it easier and safer for them, we delivered vouchers to their homes to spare them the unnecessary movement and risks they may open themselves up to.
Open for business
Radisson Blu Resort Fiji has remained open for business, as management considered strategies and opportunities to sustain its operations.
Mr Homsy said employee numbers and working hours were reduced over the past three months for some staff.
Staff and guests at the resort are fully vaccinated, he said.
Radisson Blu Resort is a non-quarantine property.
