Ms Barbara has a long history with the group, she represented the properties as a Sales & Marketing consultant under Coconuts Travel Marketing from 2011-2020 and had previously sold the properties during positions within the Flight Centre Group and Island Weddings.

Raumati Barbara is the new Group Director of Sales & Marketing for Raffe Hotels & Resorts.
It includes Plantation Island Resort, Lomani Island Resort and Fiji Gateway Hotel.
Ms Barbara has a long history with the group, she represented the properties as a Sales & Marketing consultant under Coconuts Travel Marketing from 2011-2020 and had previously sold the properties during positions within the Flight Centre Group and Island Weddings.

Ms Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing & Tourism and has commenced her Masters Degree in Tourism.
Her strengths are in analysing trends, forecasting strategy and revising processes.
She is looking forward to utilising these skills as Plantation Island Resort and Lomani Island Resort prepare to reopen and welcome international guests from April 1, 2022.
“I’m thrilled to be a part of re-opening Raffe Hotels & Resorts and welcoming visitors back to Fiji,” she said.
“Fiji has always held a special place in my heart, I have been involved with Fiji for over 20 years, lived and worked in Fiji, and even chose Plantation Island Resort for my wedding.”
She is currently based in New Zealand.
