Reluctant To Recycle

Corporates are reluctant to take on waste management initiatives saying it is not a priority, the Pacific Recycling Foundation (PRF) says.

Profit margin takes priority, says PRF founder and Waste Recyclers Fiji Limited chief executive officer, Amitesh Deo.

In the meantime, the recycler is establish­ing the amount of money organisations could save if the 3Rs -reuse, reduce and recy­cle - were put in place.
