Tourism Fiji chief executive officer, Brent Hill, believes retreats such as Nurture Change is important for Fijian tourism.

Fiji is the perfect destination with facilities, setting, food, off-site activities, and hospitality to make any event is world-class and memorable.

Mr Hill said boutique events could have up to 2000 people, which was good for tourism.
