Rohit Punja Resigns from Boards
FMF Foods and The Rice Company of Fiji said they had thanked Mr Punja for his services, support, and contributions during his tenure.

Rohit Punja has stepped down as board director at FMF Foods Limited, effective on November 22, the company announced.
He joined the Board of Directors in December 2015.
Mr Punja has also resigned from the Board of The Rice Company of Fiji Limited effective on November 22.
He joined the Board as a director in December 2015.
FMF Foods and The Rice Company of Fiji said they had thanked Mr Punja for his services, support, and contributions during his tenure.
FMF Foods was established in 1973 and deals in the activities of flour milling. Its subsidiaries manufacture biscuits, snack food products, packaging materials, sale of rice, dunfield peas, wheat and related products.
It was listed on the South Pacific Stock Exchange on July 25, 1979.
The Rice Company of Fiji is engaged in grading, packing and selling rice. The company began operations in 1996 and has developed a highly efficient processing line using fully automated machinery.
It was listed on the South Pacific Stock Exchange on January 20, 1997. Attempts to reach Mr Punja for comment were unsuccessful before this edition went to print.
