Scoops and Smiles Fiji has become a popular food vendor in Suva city’s ROC market since opening in December of last year.

The owners, Shirley and Fereti Ka­moe, have worked hard to deliver unique and consistent dishes, with their signature dish being KEBAB.

Ms Kamoe’s passion for cooking be­gan in her teenage years, and she was finally able to pursue her dream of owning a food business dur­ing the pandemic.
