Sera Cawanibuka is the the new director of marketing - Fiji & Samoa at Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay.
She is an award-winning marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in a marketing role.
She has an expansive background extending from various roles in the tourism industry; most notably with Fiji's national tourist organization, Tourism Fiji before joining the Marriott International Fiji Resorts.

During her tenure at Marriott as director marketing Fiji, Ms Cawanibuka's notable career achievements included leading the pre-opening of all cluster Sheraton properties in Fiji and implementing the repositioning of Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort and Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay.
In 2023, she led the successful MICE repositioning across Marriott International Fiji resorts that is in the current implementation phases.
Encompassing Marriott's commitment to invest in local talent, she will become the inaugural Market Director of Marketing for Fiji & Samoa, overseeing seven properties.
In her new role, she will report to Neeraj Chadha, Multi-Property vice president Pacific Islands Marriott International, general manager Westin & Sheraton Resorts, Fiji Complex with a dotted line to the area director of marketing.
