‘Skipped Meals For My Family’

All eyes were on Dr Ahmed Shariff at the Fiji National Development Bank (FDB) awards on Thursday, after he scooped two awards.

The owner of medical clinic Health Masters, is Fiji Develop­ment Bank’s Youth Entrepreneur of the Year and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) of the Year.

The presentation was made dur­ing the National Small & Medium Enterprise Awards 2022.

What started with $1500 capital in 2021, has grown into four clinics in suburbs, where nine doctors along with several health workers are employed.

“We don’t believe in going to towns, we believe in going to peo­ple that needs us the most, those in suburban areas,” he said.
