Tower Insurance Online Service Option Launched

In a first for Fiji, and the broader South Pacific, people wanting to insure their homes, contents or car can now do it all online, from
the comfort of their home or office.
Tower Insurance Fiji Head of Digital Distribution, Veilawa Rereiwasaliwa said tower put customers first, when designing this new technology, with a focus on enabling them to sort out their insurance needed when and where it suited them.

This was said during the launch of Fiji’s first digital insurance platform yesterday.
“No other insurance company in the Pacific has delivered what we can offer,” he said.
“With Tower, if you need insurance, you can get a quote and complete your payments online.”
Mr Rereiwasaliwa said yesterday’s launch meant that Fijians now had access to some of the world’s leading technology.
“This new technology is helping us revolutionise insurance in the Pacific by making it simpler and more accessible for more everyone,” he added.
“Of course, our branch and our local teams are still here, no matter how a customer wants to interact with us, they can."
"But this new technology makes things so much simpler for many Fijians.”
He said another big benefit to customers was that insurance premiums could now be paid monthly, quarterly or annually, so customers could choose which option suited them best.
