The Uprising Beach Resort in Pacific Harbour has unveiled renovations and ambitious development plans.
Resort co-owner and general manager Darryl Tombleson said the multi-million-dollar project is embarking on a journey of transformation to elevate the guest experience and reaffirm its position as a leading resort destination in Fiji.
“These renovations and property development projects underscore our commitment to providing guests with an unparalleled experience that captures the essence of Fiji,” he said.

Mr Tombleson said the plans would be carried out in phases as they work on the landmass of the surrounding current setup.
Some of the forthcoming renovations and property developments are:
Roadside Shopping Centre: The roadside shopping centre is where guests will have the opportunity to explore an array of shops offering everything from local crafts to gourmet delicacies, creating a lively hub reminiscent of Fiji’s bustling markets.
- Nightclub: Equipped to redefine nightlife. This will be nestled along the shores of Pacific Harbour, the nightclub to offer guests an electrifying atmosphere to dance under the stars, featuring innovative concepts and top-notch entertainment.
Activities centre
Uprising will launch an activities centre offering a plethora of adventures for thrill seekers and relaxation enthusiasts alike.
“In perhaps the highlight of its transformation endeavours, Uprising plans to introduce a village-like atmosphere that marries colonial charm with modern entertainment, creating a vibrant hub of activities unlike anything seen before,” Mr Tombleson said.
“Central to this vision is colonial style shops lining the streets, offering a diverse array of goods and experiences, from artisanal crafts to gourmet delicacies.”
Sportsfield grandstands
Enhancing the sporting experience, the Uprising will unveil new Sportsfield Grandstands, providing spectators with prime viewing spots to support their favourite teams and athletes, whether, for rugby matches or community events.
