Vanuabalavu House Now Open for Business
Vanuabalavu House is set to breathe new life into Suva's left city area, promising economic growth and enhanced living and dining experiences.

Vanuabalavu Vision Limited, a private investment group, officially opened its new property to the public on Friday.
The two-storey complex, located at the intersection of Ratu Sukuna Rd and Crawford Avenue in Nasese, Suva, represents a significant $3.5 million investment.
Business and property manager Tomi Finau highlighted the complex's role in honouring the people of Vanuabalavu by creating employment opportunities for them.

"The objective of building the Vanuabalavu House was to help increase revenue for Vanuabalavu Vision Limited and its stakeholders," Mr Finau said.
"Last year, our total revenue came to more than $400,000, and with the Vanuabalavu House, we expect our annual revenue to exceed $800,000.
"This is quite good for the business as we are focused on property and equity investments, continuously seeking ways to enhance our revenue and profits for our shareholders."
Designed by Ulaiasi Baivatu of Clear View Architect, Vanuabalavu House aims to emulate the ambiance and tenant mix of stylish inner-city neighbourhoods found in Sydney, Melbourne, or Auckland.
The complex will introduce new dining concepts, boutique retail stores, and conveniently located accommodation options to Suva and Fiji.
One of the highlights is a chic corner bar, already attracting considerable attention for its spectacular display.
The project, which took over a year to complete, features various retail and office spaces on the ground floor, while the first floor offers studio and bedroom apartments.
An industrial chic design element pays homage to the historic industrial nature of commerce in the Toorak area.

Spanning 483 square metres, Vanuabalavu House offers four tenancy units designated for a bakery and coffee shop, a restaurant, and two office spaces.
"The building will symbolise the investment of the people of Vanuabalavu and friends, something everyone can be proud of," Mr Finau added.
"This is our first property offering commercial retail, and we are seeking a fine dining iTaukei food restaurant for Vanuabalavu House."
