Vatuvara Among 15 Most Pricey Properties On Sale

Vatuvara Private Islands, an exclusive high-end getaway in Northern Lau group, is among 15 of the world’s most expensive properties listed for sale in 2020, an Australian real estate website has reported.
The website, realestate.com.au said the island resort was being sold for $215 million.
The private island, with its eight villas, was among other homes of Hollywood A-list actors, Pierce Brosnan and James Bond, also on the market.

The land area covers 5187-acres, complete with its own set of luxury hotel villas, the website said.
Located on the shore of Kaibu Island, you’ll get four islands for the one purchase.
The listing suggests you can choose to continue to operate the three villas as their new manager, or just make them your own personal seaside escapes.
