Vodafone Fiji Wins Big In Bali

Vodafone Fiji recently walked away with huge wins at the Contact Center World Awards in Bali, Indonesia.

The event is held every year by the largest contact centre association in the world, Con­tact Centre World, which recognises the con­tributions of customer service profession­als to the industry and their organisations.

Vodafone Fiji went up against 200 finalists in business processing, government, tour­ism, retail, logistics, telecommunications, and distribution within the Asia Pacific Re­gion.

Customer care representatives Doreen Lakhan and Sefanaia Silimaibau were rec­ognised for their “exceptional” customer service performance to Vodafone Fiji cus­tomers.
