Three tertiary students charged with murder have been granted permission by the High Court to reside at the Fiji National University (FNU) Nasinu Campus while awaiting trial.

The ruling allows the accused to continue their studies under existing bail conditions.

Aisake Lovobalavu, Alexander Vatia Leweniqila and Manoa Vakavunivalu are jointly charged with one count of murder of a 30‑year‑old man in Nauluvatu last month.

They appeared before Justice Siainiu Fa’alogo Bull in the High Court in Suva today.

The matter has been adjourned to May 6.
