A 44-year-old woman who allegedly drove her car under the influence of alcohol and bumped into a vehicle at Tuatua, Labasa, last Saturday has been charged.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Wame Bautolu confirmed that the driver has been charged with one count of drunk and drive.
She is scheduled to appear at the Labasa Magistrate Court today.

It is alleged that she fell asleep while driving and collided with an oncoming vehicle at about 8am.
