Body of 5-year-old recovered along the Biausevu river
Meanwhile another search is underway in Sigatoka, for a 50-year-old man who went missing in the Tulahewa River, Sigatoka.

The body of the 5-year-old child, who was swept away near the Biausevu waterfall has been recovered.
Fiji Police Force said the victim’s body was discovered along the Biausevu river.
"Sigatoka Forensics and Criminal Investigations Department (CID) personnel have uplifted the victim’s body and escorted her to the Sigatoka Hospital mortuary," Police said in a statement.

Meanwhile another search is underway in Sigatoka, for a 50-year-old man who went missing in the Tulahewa River, Sigatoka, yesterday afternoon.
"The victim, upon returning from his farm, tried to swim across the river when he was swept away by the strong current.
"Search efforts were initiated, and was called off last night with negative results.
Police said search efforts are continuing today.
