Chief Justice Salesi Temo have just been spotted at the Commission of Inquiry (COI) venue.
The COI day four is in progress at the Old Parliament Complex in Veiuto, Suva inquiring on the contentious appointment of Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) Commissioner Barbara Malimali.
Ms Malimali was appointed as FICAC Chief on September 5, 2024.

Political commentators and Opposition Members of Parliament have questioned on whether the procedure that resulted in the appointment of Ms Malimali was influenced in any way that was improper or illegal.
This masthead approached Justice Temo, he said; “Probably they have changed the scheduled, I’ll have to be informed later.”
Justice is scheduled to front the COI tomorrow.
