Fiji Constitution Review Commission

The Fiji Constitution Review Commission says it is working to complete its review report following consultations around the country.

The commission issued an update as the public awaits its report, but did not indicate when the review would be completed or when the report would be released.

It said it was focused on completing the work required under its terms of reference.

“The commission is prioritising the completion of its work, a duty that it does not take lightly as it perseveres to execute a thorough and fair review report that is reflective of the voices of every Fijian,” the commission said.

It thanked the public for its patience and trust during the review process.

The commission has conducted consultation and is working towards completing its mandate.
