Head girl comes with responsibilities, says Natasha Prakash.

The Baulevu High School student leader says the new role was an achievement for her.

“This is just the beginning of more goals to achieve,” said the 17-year-old.

“My sister was also the head girl of Baulevu High School and I am following in her footsteps. She has been a big inspiration for me,” Natasha said.

“Being a leader is not about power but about the responsibilities that come with it.”

Head boy, Sohail Ali said he would be motivating students to be the best version of themselves.

“I am proud to be the head boy of the school and being the first for my family,” Sohail said.

“I have to always be humble, calm and treat everyone equally. I believe in equality.”

There are more than 250 students at the college.
