Police guard suspect at CWM Hospital after Nakasi women’s death

Yesterday Nakasi Police had discovered the victim, a woman in her 30s, motionless inside her bedroom.
A police officer has been stationed at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital to guard a man alleged to have caused the death of his partner in Nakasi.
The circumstances surrounding the suspect’s injuries are under investigation.
A post mortem is expected to confirm the cause of the victim’s death.
Nakasi Police discovered the woman, in her 30s, motionless in her bedroom yesterday.
Further inquiries revealed that the suspect had been admitted to hospital due to injuries allegedly sustained during a domestic dispute with the victim.
Police investigations are ongoing.
