Rev Vunisuwai: Secular State Causes Deterioration Of Children’s Morale

Methodist Church in Fiji and Rotuma president Reverend Ili Vunisuwai believes, Fiji being changed a secular state since 2013 has been the cause of moral deterio­ration among our children over the among our children over the years.

Reverend Vunisuwai said secular state by principle was the sepa­ration of religion from the state hence the foundation of the soci­ety over the past 16 years was built upon human knowledge and capa­bilities.

He was speaking during the inau­guration of the new double story school wing at Dilkusha Methodist High School in Nausori on Friday.
