Yellow Ribbon Walk A Success

The walk started from Albert Park, through Queen Elizabeth Drive, Ratu Sukuna Road, Flagstaff and back to Albert Park.

More than 2000 participants took part in the Yellow Ribbon Project walk in Suva yesterday.

The walk started from Albert Park, through Queen Elizabeth Drive, Ratu Sukuna Road, Flagstaff and back to Albert Park.

Fiji Corrections Service Commissioner, Commander Francis Kean thanked everyone who came out to participate.

He also thanked the sponsors for the Yellow Ribbon Project.

“I was surprised with the large number of people supporting this annual walk; this was a big success,” he said.

Commander Kean said he was happy to see support from families of inmates being part of the walk.
