Botitu Scores Try, Montpellier Hoists Top 14 Title

Vodafone Flying Fijians second five eight, Vilimoni Botitu, scored a try for Castres but it was not enough as they lost 29-10 to Montpellier in this morning’s Top 14 final in Paris, France.
Montpellier played without injured Masivesi Dakuwaqa and Josua Vici, who is loaned to another French club.
They had a strong start as they scored three tries in the opening 12 minutes to pave their way to victory.
Castres also fielded Fijian winger Filipo Nakosi and strong running centre Adrea Cocagi came off the bench.
Botitu now flies back to Fiji to join the Flying Fijians squad for the World Rugby Pacific Nations Cup.
He is expected to be rested in the Flying Fijians PNC opener against Tonga next Saturday at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
