Discipline Is The Key, says QVS Principal
Only the most disciplined team will win the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby League (FSSRL) finals this Saturday.

Only the most disciplined team will win the Vodafone Fiji Secondary School Rugby League (FSSRL) finals this Saturday.
These were comments of Queen Victoria School principal, Joseva Gavidi, after the three QVS Knights teams booked their spots in the Under-15, U17 and U19 finals.
The Knights Under-19 team faces two-time U19 winners Ba Provincial Freebird Institute Dragons in the final.
The Dragon had upset defending champions Nasinu Secondary School Panthers in the quarterfinals and competition favourite Ratu Kadavulevu Eels in the semis.
The Knights U17 side takes on Marist Brothers High School Storm in the final while the U15 team beat face defending champions Nasinu Panthers.
Gavidi said despite having a busy sporting week, the Victorians did not disappoint.
“Last year, we only participated in the under-19 grade, this year we thought of reintroducing the under-15 and the under- 17,” he said.
“We came into the rugby league competition more on the development side of things, to help the boys develop their game.
“But at the same time through their preparation and discipline in the key areas, they have managed to reach the finals which is an achievement for the boys."
“I think this past week has been a challenging one, we had the Tailevu Zone, we had our cricket team that played in the final on Thursday and we ended up the week winning the semifinals.
It is just a giveback to the parents and old scholars that have come out here.
“We hope everyone will be out next week to support QVS.”
The final will be at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori, on Saturday where the President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere will be the chief guest.
