Fiji Rugby Awaits Report On Crossbar Incident
Chief executive officer John O’Connor confirmed yesterday that FRU’s development manager Sale Sorovaki had met with officials from the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Association to discuss the incident.

The Fiji Rugby Union will issue a statement on a Marist Brothers High School student getting injured from a falling crossbar while playing rugby last Saturday (June 22).
Chief executive officer John O’Connor confirmed yesterday that FRU’s development manager Sale Sorovaki had met with officials from the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Association to discuss the incident.
O’Connor said he was waiting to receive a report from the meeting before issuing a statement on the injury which came during the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Deans Rugby southern zone competition.
