The fourth remand prisoner, who allegedly escaped Police custody on Tuesday afternoon, fronted Magistrate Peni Dalituicama yesterday.

Peni Nakarawa, charged with one count of escaping Police custody, was remanded by the Nadi Magistrates Court.

“You have started as a juvenile and now you still choose to live behind bars. One day you will realise that you have wasted your years doing wrong things,” Magistrate Dalituicama told the accused.  The matter was adjourned to July 16.
