Habosi's Father, Iliesa, Tells All

Star winger, Vinaya Habosi, had to endure shame and humiliation when the Fijian Drua management terminated his contract for breaching the team's code of conduct.

This was revealed to SUNsports yesterday by Habosi's father, Iliesa, who also indicated that it was a painful experience to watch what his son had to go through for the past few days.

"It was part of my son's testing," Iliesa said yesterday after Habosi flew out to France to join Top 14 club Racing Metro 92.

"A lot of people shared their opinions on social media, some were good and a lot were bad as they pointed a finger at him."
