Fijiana Drua team manageress Alisi Komaitai is calling for the appointment of a counsellor for the team, to help players deal with emotional and psychological difficulties.

Fijiana Drua team manageress Alisi Komaitai is calling for the appointment of a counsellor for the team, to help players deal with emotional and psychological difficulties.

Although Komaitai already deals with players' complaints and issues, she believes that a counsellor could be more effective in enhancing the players' mental health and wellbeing.

Issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss, and relationship difficulties can affect players' ability to manage life and disrupt their focus on and off the field.
