The Nadi Under-20 team will need to be spot on with their decision making in their Skipper Clash clash against visitors Nadroga at Prince Charles Park on Friday.
This was stressed by Nadi U20 head coach Samuela Navale after their 25–24 win against Tailevu last Saturday.
“We need to be more patient and utilise the penalties well by turning it into valuable points,” he said.
“Our biggest strength lies in the forward pack as they had dominated the scrums and lineouts.”
Navale said he is glad his team was stacked with former Deans Trophy and Fiji U20 players.

“Most of these players are from Ratu Navula College (RNC) since it’s our feeder school. There are eight players from Natabua High School, five from RNC and three from RKS (Ratu Kadavulevu School).”
Navale said they are learning from each game as it comes.
“I often tell the players to play to their strength and I’d like to thank the Nadi Rugby management for giving these young players a chance to showcase their talent,” he said.
“Mesake Vocevoce was in the Nadi Under-20 team before he was recruited to the Fijian Drua and now has played for the senior team.”
Navale said they have a lot of things to improve on.
“We have five wins and one loss so we’re on the right track to make the final,” he said.
