More Fijians Play Super Rugby

Apart from the Match 23 Swire Shipping Fi­jian Drua squad, 16 players of Fijian descent are playing for other clubs in this week­end’s Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific. Altogether, there’ll be 39 of them.

Last night, Waratahs fielded Mark Nawaqanitawase while burly winger Nemani Nadolo started from the bench against Chiefs.

The Chiefs had flanker Pita Gus Sowakula and the enterprising Emoni Narawa on the wing.

Crusaders prop George Bower and rookie fullback Chay Fihaki were on the bench against Brumbies.
