They scooped 34 gold, 30 silver and 22 bronze medals beating nine secondary schools.
Duavata Secondary School was second (21, 4, 13), All Saints Secondary third (12, 12, 10).
Nadogo Central College principal Mohammed Khan thanked his athletes, parents and coaches for their support.
“We hired two buses and it took us one hour and 20 minutes to reach All Saints Secondary from our school as it is located 60 kilometres from Labasa Town,” Khan said.
“This year we brought 119 athletes, an increase from last year as we thought to give more opportunities to our students.
“Being a rural based school we also proved our worth in the academic field.
“We are indeed thankful to all those who supported us directly and indirectly.”
