Nadroga Netters Tame Naitasiri

The Nadroga Stallions side defeated the Naitasiri Highlanders 63-36 in the 5th/6th playoff of the Financial Hub Netball Tournament at the FMF Gymnasium today.

Speaking to SUNsport, Nadroga Stallions Goal Defender Leonie Kamole said she was excited about the win.

The Nadroga Stallions outplayed their opponents as they were not only swift in their movements but were also accurate in their passings and goal shooting.

“Preparation was difficult training as we ran on the Sand Dunes in the early hours of the morning,” she said.

Kamole said the game plan was to play hard and be physical. She was glad they came out with a win.

“I’d like to dedicate this win to my mum and dad plus my grandparents,” she said
