The Atelia Nakalevu captained- Naitaisiri Secondary School thrashed Nasikawa Vision College 24-6 in the last quarterfinal of the Pherrus (Girl’s) Trophy at Prince Charles Park in Nadi, today.
Their tries came from Karania Koroiravudi, Arieta Naulumatua and Sala Uluidegei scored two tries. The conversions were done by Salote Nailolo to cement their place in next week's semi-final at the same venue.
Nakalevu said, "We expected it to be tough but we had a game plan and it was executed well. We are over the moon with this win.”
In other matches, Ra High School beat Ratu Latianara Secondary School 32-8, while Jasper Williams High proved too strong for Lomaivuna High winning 18-8.
