Natabua Qualifies Without Top Reps

A new winner will be crowned in today's 2022 Digicel Fiji Secondary Schools Football Championship final.
This was after defending champions Tavua College got bundled out in pool play yesterday.
Today's semifinals will see Central College Lautoka take on Labasa Muslim College, while Natabua High School faces Xavier College of Ba in the another epic clash.
Natabua High School principal Virendra Sharma said, they were unable to use their top players as they were away on national duties while some of 0-them were in the school's Vodafone Deans Trophy rugby team.
"Despite not being able to use our top players who are playing rugby and four in the national side we still qualified for the national IDC," Sharma said.
"That is also a big achievement and involves a lot of resilience Under-17: Korovuto College on the part of my football boys."
Natabua High School plays Suva Grammar in the Deans rugby semifinal on Saturday.
