National bowiling reps Semesa Naiseruvati, Arun Kumar and Kushal Pillay won the Kontiki Finance sponsored National Triples Championship at the Suva Bowling Club yesterday.
The trio who are also in the national team for the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia played extremely well to win the championship.
They were confident of a good outing at the Commonwealth Games in April.

Championship organiser Samuela Tui said it was a tough championship.
“More than fifty players took part and they have played well,” he said.
“The championship was a good build-up for our men and women teams preparing for the Commonwealth Games. The winning men and women’s triples teams have played well and I am confident that they will do well in Gold Coast as this championship has provided the players a good build-up.”
Tui, Ishwar Lal and Tuilagi Vakamocea came second in the men’s grade while former national team players Ratish Lal, Abdul Kalim and Babu Khan came third in the event.
Meanwhile, the team of Litia Tikoisuva, Radhika Prasad and Loretta Kotoisuva won the women’s title
