The much awaited return fight between Jese Ravudi and Siliveni Nawai is finally on.

This was after Nawai stepped in for the injured Ronald Naidu who has pulled out of the May 22 promotion due to injury.

Boxing Commission of Fiji president, Subhash Appana, confirmed to SUNsports yesterday that Nawai is going to fight Ravudi instead.

“Yes, I’ve got Ronald’s medical certificate and Siliveni is going to replace him,” Appana said.

However, the Naitasiri boxer has been on a comeback trail after an impressive knockout win over Naidu before outpointing Abhay Chand, in his last fight.

The programme by South Pacific Boxing Promotions sees the return of Joseph Kwadjo who fights Lautoka’s Isikeli Senidoko in one of the undercards.

In another interesting tussle unbeaten Nepote Dawadawa faces crafty Matthew Michael in a cruiserweight contest. The programme will be staged at Prince Charles Park, Nadi.
