Netball needs sponsors to keep it going, says a senior district official.
Speaking to SUNsports yesterday, former Macuata Netball Association (MNA) president Atelaite Raibevu said they desperately need funding.
She said in 2019, they revived the association after seeking the blessing of the vanua through the Tui Labasa, Ratu Jone Qomate.
“The association began with 10 registered clubs in 2019 but in 2020 it increased by seven more."
