Sports Minister Jese Saukuru has stepped in to revert back the Fiji Sports Council car parking fees to $5 ahead of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific double header at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva tomorrow.

“Yes, the car parking fee is not $25, it has been reverted back to $5,” Saukuru said.

“To park the whole day is $5, but there are some who come in and then drive out and return and expect to be still charged the same $5. That is no longer the case now, if you want to drive out and then return you pay another $5 when you return to park. That car park charges $5 and so it remains $5 for one entry (whole day).”
