The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua first-five eight, Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula is in doubt for next Friday’s Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific clash against the Hurricanes in Suva.

This is due to the death of his grandfather in New Zealand.

Ravula’s mum is the sister of former All Blacks and Crusaders No.10 Richie Mou’nga who on Friday announced on social media of their father’s passing.

Currently plying his trade in Japan for the Toshiba Brave Lupus, Mo’unga also announced that he will not be playing against Ardie Savea’s Kobe Steelers on Sunday due to his father’s passing.

After the Crusaders 43-40 loss to the Waratahs in Sydney last night, veteran halfback Mitch Drummond conveyed the team’s condolences to the Mo’unga family.

“My best mate’s old man passed away so I want to shout out to the family and we’re thinking of you, and I’ll send our love and best wishes for the next couple of weeks,” Drummond said.

If Ravula is unavailable, then there is a possibility of Kemu Valetini starting at No.10 for the Drua while the other contenders are rookie Isikeli Rabitu, Simione Kuruvoli and Tuidraki Samusamuvodre.
