The Cambridge/BLK Nadroga rugby team will have to review their game after they suffered a shock 10-5 Skipper Cup loss to Fiji Pine Lautoka at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka, last Saturday.
This is Nadroga’s third consecutive loss in their competition.
Nadroga co-coach Aca Ratuva told SUNsports after the match, that they failed to capitalise on their opportunities to score tries.
We just gave way opportunities that we should have turned it into points and that really cost us the game, the former Flying Fijian flanker said.
Congratulations to the Lautoka team for taking their chances.
We will just go back to the drawing board and form there we will work on our mistakes.
We hope to improve that before the quarterfinals.

he said. The star of Lautoka’s win was Swire Shipping Fijian Drua’s 19-year-old Isikeli Rabitu who scored all their 10 points from scoring a try, converting it and a penalty.
Nadroga halfback Taitusi Lulusine scored their lone try.
Lautoka team coach Peniona Ratu said this was a major achievement for the team.
“I salute the boys for their defensive effort in the second half,” he said.
“We told them in the changing room during half time that if we wanted to win the game, we had to defend hard.”
Ratu said they would wait for the final Skipper Cup standings before they focus on their next move.
“We’ll have to prepare for the next challenge so we’ve got the four points.
This will help us to challenge for the Farebrother-Sullivan Trophy.”
