Suva Netball Seals Sponsorship Deal

The Suva Netball Association (SNA) has renewed their partnership with NewWorld IGA for the 2021 season.
SNA secretary Dominiko Tabuaura said yesterday they were extremely grateful and pleased at receiving the $15,000 sponsorship commitment from NewWorld IGA.
“It speaks volumes of the dedication NewWorld IGA has to sports in the country and their combined interest with SNA officials to see the development of netball in the Suva central communities,” Tabuaura said.
“This sponsorship will enable Suva Netball to conduct more programmes for the development of the sport at all levels. At the same time provide opportunities and career pathways for players, teams and matches officials.”
Tabuaura said the financial support assurance is not limited to court fees, match and technical official fees, players and official’s uniforms and competition prizes.
“Our partnership with NewWorld IGA will add value to the welfare of clubs under our umbrella, the running of the association and more so our commitment to Fiji Netball and other stakeholders as the largest netball association in the country.”
Meanwhile, SNA will officially start the 2021 League Games on Saturday, at the National Netball Centre, Laucala Bay with a knockout competition. The competition starts at 9am.
Newtown and Delainavesi are the two new clubs that have joined the SNA.
