The Suva women’s rugby team is taking each game in the ANZ Marama Championship as the final.

These were the words of captain, Ada Dansey, after Suva thrashed newcomers Navosa 60-0 at Bidesi Park, Suva, this afternoon.

“We had been preparing from last year during the off season,” Dansey said.

“We had many challenges but we managed to get through.”

She highlighted that Suva is going into this year’s competition as an underdog.

“We’re not underestimating any team,” she added.
