The strength and conditioning of the Flying Fijian players will be very critical when going to this year’s Rugby World Cup, from September 8 to October 28 in France.
“We need to be fit and keep developing our higher risk attacking mindset,” Flying Fijians head coach Vern Cotter told SUNsports.
The Fijians are in Pool C along with Wales, Australia, Georgia and Portugal.
