There Is Still Hope For Habosi

It appears that there is still a possibility for Vinaya Habosi to be considered for the Fly­ing Fijians in the Rugby World Cup this year, despite his termi­nation from the Fijian Drua.

Flying Fijians head coach Si­mon Raiwalui said that the team would discuss the matter further, acknowledging that Habosi was a young player who had made mistakes.

Habosi was terminated from the Fijian Drua because of a high-level breach of the club’s code of conduct.

However, Raiwalui also reiter­ated that the type of behaviour displayed by Habosi was “unac­ceptable”, and the team would judge his case moving forward.
