The Queen Victoria School cricket team remains unbeaten after three rounds of the Fiji Secondary Schools cricket competition. QVS defeated John Wesley College by 9 wickets last Saturday and won by 8 wickets in Wednesday's match against Lami High School at Albert Park, Suva.
They have booked a spot in next week's quarterfinal. Cricket Fiji chief executive officer Siti Rokoro said the first round was cancelled due to unfavourable weather; teams were given a draw.
"This is the last round of pool matches before we have the quarterfinals next week," Rokoro said.
In another match on Tuesday, John Wesley College beat William Cross College by 10 wickets.
