Veteran Halfback Presents Jersey To Flying Fijians
He was one of the oldest players playing in the French rugby league. Former Flying Fijians and national sevens rugby halfback Jone Daunivucu presented the jersey to the players before tomorrow morning’s Test match against France in Nantes.

He was one of the oldest players playing in the French rugby league.
Former Flying Fijians and national sevens rugby halfback Jone Daunivucu presented the jersey to the players before tomorrow morning’s Test match against France in Nantes.
The 42-year-old was among players invited by head coach Simon Raiwalui to join the team during its workout session.

The 42-year-old Daunivucu was first identified in the early 2000 playing at second-five eight for Malolo in the Island Zone competition.
He played for the national team that won the Rugby World Cup Sevens tournament in 2005 and for the Flying Fijians at the 2007 Rugby World Cup where they reached the quarterfinal.
The Test match kicks-off at 7.05am
