Wardens are the winners of the Ram Sami Nasinu Rugby 7s tournament after defeating Tabadamu 12 – 7 at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori, last night.
Nasinu Rugby Union president Paula Biu said the tournament was held solely for providing opportunities for untapped talents.
“I believe we have achieved the purpose of organising this competition,” the former Flying Fijians prop said.
“With the amount of hidden talents on display today plus the high level of competition, yes I believe we have achieved it.”
Biu thanked their sponsors Ram Sami & Sons Fiji Limited, Family Rental Cars, Tau Sports, BLK Sports, Fiji Water and Nasinu Town Council.
