The loss to Komo was a wake-up call for the Suva Warriors cricket team at the 2021 Easter Cricket Championship at Albert Park, Suva.
Komo created the upset of the tournament with a 14-run win on Wednesday.
Speaking to SUNsports yesterday Warriors captain Peni Volavola said the shocking loss have been a learning curve.

“It’s just not a good sign to lose right on the first day of competition,” he said.
“Now is the time to change things around and see that we try and qualify for the final.
“That is one of our goals to make it to the final and try to compete for the cup.
“After the loss we discussed about the importance of getting a good win to bounce back.”
Volavola added that the team had to change some things around heading into the third day of competition.
“We’ve started to introduce some new players. We’ve made changes in our approach towards the remaining games and the boys know what is expected of them.”
