Former Fiji reps set for international veterans tourney
Former Fiji football representatives will reunite in Auckland this month for the Stratum Construction International Masters 2026 tournament, with the NZ Legends set to feature several overseas-based stars when the competition kicks off at Bill McKinley Park from January 21–26.

Former Fiji reps will reunite and participate in the annual Stratum Construction international masters 2026 tournament at Bill McKinley Park in Auckland, New Zealand. The tournament will held on January 21- 26.
The team includes former national futsal and ex- Rewa rep Patrick Wise, former Lautoka and Nadi and national rep
Naveen Kumar who will jet in from USA to feature for the New Zealand legends over 50s category.

Team manager Ramesh Prasad said they have been preparing well for the tournament and eagerly awaits the arrival of the guest players to complete the team.
“The team will take each game at a time and hoping for the best,” Prasad said.
Also included in the Legends team are Irinale Nabalarua, Prem Junior and Nadi legend Maika Kasami.
Flying in from Sydney to boost the team’s attack will be Jason Lal.
The NZ Legends have also roped in former Lautoka coach Lambert Sarju to guide the side.
Key local players in NZ in the likes of Shailendra Singh, Sam, Vineet Sharma, Keshap Maharaj and Raj Singh will be spearheading their campaign this year.
Meanwhile, the pool draws will be done on January 14 for Grade 35, Grade 40, Grade 45, and Grade 50.
