Dolphins Academy Netball Club has continued their dominance in the Nadi Netball Association competition, with both its Open Grade and Under-18 teams defending the titles for the third consecutive year.

In the Open women’s final, Dolphins defeated Saunaka 57-43, while in the U18 final, Dolphins beat Ketenavu 43-27 at the Nadi District School grounds in Nadi last Saturday.

The club has now completed a three-peat, winning back-to-back championships in 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Both teams remained unbeaten throughout the knockout competition, sweeping their respective divisions to claim both club games and knockout championship titles.

Staff Nurse Fazilat Koya played an instrumental role in the women’s side and has been part of the Dolphins team since 2024.

Dolphins head coach Bill Taylor said there was pride and excitement following the teams’ strong performances in the finals.

“Our off-season training programme laid the foundation for this success, and the players’ dedication has paid off.”

Taylor said the achievement reflected the club’s continued focus on player development, discipline, and consistent preparation, strengthening the Dolphins Academy Netball Club’s position as one of the leading clubs in the Nadi Netball Association.

“As the club celebrates another successful season, it remains committed to developing young talent and maintaining the high standards that have led to three consecutive championship victories,” he said.
